]The Balloon Sequin Die Cutting Machine is a purpose-built high-speed die-cutting system designed for manufacturers of balloon-fill confetti, party sequins and decorative foil pieces.
It processes roll-fed materials including PET laser film, PVC colored film, aluminum foil and colored tissue paper, and punches out circles, five-point stars, hearts, polygons and any custom shape via interchangeable steel-rule dies.
Finished sequins drop automatically into a collection tray while the waste web is rewound — delivering clean, burr-free pieces at factory throughput with minimal manual handling.

It handles PET laser film, PVC colored film, aluminum foil and colored tissue paper from 0.02mm to 0.30mm thick. For materials outside this range, please contact us for a custom evaluation.
Can I use my own custom-shaped die?
Yes. The machine accepts standard steel-rule dies. We can also supply custom dies based on your shape drawing or sample — typical lead time is 3–5 working days.
What is the production capacity?
Output depends on sequin size and material. For standard 10mm round PET sequins, the machine can produce tens of thousands of pieces per hour. We can provide a capacity calculation based on your specific product.
Is installation and training provided?
Yes. The machine comes with a detailed English manual and operation video. We offer remote video guidance for setup and operator training. On-site installation can be arranged at additional cost.
What is the warranty period?
The machine carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding consumable parts such as dies and blades). Extended warranty and spare-parts packages are available.
