What This Machine Does
The Xuanhai Plastic Food Storage Bag Making Machine is a fully automatic production system engineered specifically for the high-volume manufacture of food-grade resealable bags — including ziplock bags, slider-closure freezer bags, sandwich bags, and flat PE pouches.
Unlike generic bag-making machines adapted for food use, this line was purpose-designed around food-packaging requirements: consistent seal integrity, support for transparent and printed films, cleanable contact surfaces, and compatibility with FDA/EU food-contact grade PE and LDPE materials.
From a single roll of flat film, the machine automatically performs folding, zipper-profile welding (or mechanical slider attachment), edge trimming, photo-eye-guided cutting, and stacking — all in a single continuous pass at 80 to 120 bags per minute.
The entire process is managed by a PLC control system with touchscreen HMI, servo-motor film feed, and closed-loop temperature regulation — giving operators full visibility and repeatable results batch after batch.
