50–300 pcs/min single lane · four independent servo motors · chain drive for continuous high-speed stability
Zhejiang, November 2026 — Addressing the efficiency and stability challenges in high-volume production of clamshell takeaway containers, the ZF-800PLUS paper box erecting machine is now officially launched to the global market. The machine uses four independent servo motors to control paper feeding, paper transfer, paper dropping, and forming.
The structural characteristic of clamshell takeaway containers lies in one-piece forming and precise latching, which places high demands on paper feeding positioning and folding consistency. Conventional belt drives are prone to drift and wear during continuous high-speed operation, leading to poor box latching or frequent shutdowns for adjustment.
The core design approach of the ZF-800PLUS is to switch the drive method from belt to chain, improving operational stability at high speed while maintaining low noise, and reducing after-sales costs and downtime caused by belt replacement.

Paper feeding, paper transfer, paper dropping, and forming are each driven by independent servo motors. Adjusting the forming distance requires no mechanical linkage adjustment, shortening changeover time, and positioning accuracy is more controllable than with a single-drive solution.
In continuous high-speed operation, chain drive avoids belt drift and early wear. Stable operation is ensured across the full 50–300 pcs/min speed range, and routine maintenance frequency is reduced.
Glue dots are controlled by an independent motor, and the sponge glue head is easy to adjust. Counting uses an automatic paper tape insertion and cutting device or a cylinder pin marking method, achieving non-destructive counting for any box type, including clamshell takeaway containers.
Components of the forming and collecting systems can be freely adjusted to mold dimensions. The entire system can be opened and separated from the machine for easy mold changes and cleaning. The same machine can switch between hamburger boxes, takeaway containers, chip cartons, and other box types by changing molds.
High-volume production of clamshell hamburger boxes and takeaway containers for fast-food chain suppliers
Packaging container production for central kitchens and group catering companies
Flexible manufacturing of multi-category fast-food paper boxes for paper product converters
Customized production of private-label takeaway packaging for supermarkets
Built for continuous clamshell box production. The ZF-800PLUS is a paper carton erecting and forming machine engineered for takeaway container manufacturers who need consistent output without belt-related downtime. Four independent servo motors control paper feeding, transfer, dropping, and forming—giving you precise adjustment and faster changeovers. The chain-drive system replaces conventional belts, reducing drift and wear under continuous high-speed operation.
One machine, multiple box types. Change the mold, and the ZF-800PLUS runs clamshell takeaway containers, hamburger boxes, and chip cartons. The forming and collecting system adjusts to mold dimensions and opens fully for cleaning and changeover.
