Description
Production process:
Unwinding → Feeding → Traction → Cutting → Paper transfer → Glove feeding → First fold → Pack transfer → Second/third fold → Conveyor → Pack into the storage.

1. Size: Long pack (width: 95~110mm length: 180~205mm)
2. Paper roll diameter: 600mm（~120kg）
3. Paper weight: 35~40g(one side bright light), Paper stiffness is required to be good, can not use low weight or soft paper, will cause origami wrinkles
4. Paper width: 380mm~460mm
5. Speed: 35 wallets/min(Machine speed)
Production speed: 32 wallets/min(powder glove), 30wallets/min(powder free glove)
Capacity
Four machines, nine workers, 12 working hours(minus one hour res, actual working time 11 hours).
Speed of powder glove: 32 wallets/min. total 32*60*11*4=84480 wallets, 9386 piece bags per capacity a day
