Production process:
Manual feeding → Unwinding → Traction → Sealing → Cutting → Product conveyor
Technical description：
Paper diameter: 400mm
Paper: Glue-coated paper(water based glue/hot melt glue)，bottom paper（coated paper, PET/PE）
Paper width: 260mm~300mm
Speed: 100-110 pcs/min（production speed）
Product size: Length 260-280mm, Width 140-150mm
Unwinding: Up and down winding are equipped with automatic correction, automatic tension
Production configuration requirements
1、Screw air compressor more than 2 Cube，5.5～8KG air clear supply，Gas consumption 480L when speed reach 100 wallets/min, air inlet need provide Cool Dryer.
2、Workshop need GMP standard. Attention: Raw material must be keep dry, avoid be wet and be soft.
3、Roll material should store in constant temperature and humidity space. To ensure paper water content GB 6－8%（GB-T26199）
4、Machine need to be cleaned every day. Some important place need special cleaning. (fox example clean the powder)
5、Machine parts, bearing parts should Periodical Maintenance.
Efficiency
One machine, four workers, 12 hours working hours, minus 2 hours of the rest and changing the material, actual working time is 10 hours, machine speed 100 pcs/min.
Capacity: 100*60*10=60000 pieces wallets, 15000 piece wallets per capita a day.
