Description

Machine features：

1. The inner packaging machine consists of two packers to put gloves on the mold, and then the machine automatically picks up the gloves for packaging.

2. The operating speed ranges from 20 to 30 pairs per minute and can be set according to the proficiency of the packers.

3. The inner packaging machine is composed of a winding mechanism, floating rod, traction, cutting knife, paper shifting, left and right folding (one folding), paper clamping shaft, glove frame, curved knife shaft, straight knife shaft (three folding), flat bag feeding and pushing mechanism.

   
   

Packaging machine workflow:

The operator puts the packaging paper on the reel rack, and then pulls the unrolled paper through a set of floating sticks, which are inserted into the traction stick. The traction stick pulls the fixed (configurable) length of paper each time for cutting, and then carries the cut paper to the left and right fold by the paper transfer shaft (aka: one folding). 

The glove is placed on the paper for left and right folding. After the left and right folding is completed, the glove is placed on the working position of the cubit by the paper clamping shaft for up and down folding and middle folding. After the folding is completed, the packaging bag is transported to the discharge tank by the flat bag conveying bag, and then the pushing cylinder pushes the packaging bag to the finished product tank by the worker.
