Both use the same base platform, but with different mold tooling. A cone filter uses a symmetrical circular mold with a single-seam fold; a V60 mold adds radial ribbing to the die pattern. On our machine, switching between these two shapes requires only a mold swap — no mechanical reconfiguration.
Yes — we have validated runs on PLA-coated compostable paper (EN13432), bamboo fiber rolls, and ultra-thin 50 gsm FSC-certified substrates. The servo tension control is critical for thin eco-papers that would tear on machines with less precise unwinding.
The warranty covers the main machine frame, electronic control components, and servo motors. We provide free replacement of vulnerable spare parts (belts, sensors, cutters) during year one. Molds are excluded due to normal wear. After the warranty period, spare parts and remote technical support remain available at cost.
Yes. We support OEM buyers with custom mold design for proprietary filter shapes, custom embossing patterns, and private labeling on machine panels. Standard mold development takes 15–25 days. We can also supply the full material chain — raw paper rolls from partner mills — if requested.
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight. Shipping terms available include FOB, CFR, and CIF. We typically ship from major Chinese ports (Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo) and can coordinate with nominated forwarders.
The machine arrives pre-assembled. On-site installation is typically 1–2 days. We provide a full operation manual, a video tutorial series, and recommend the buyer send 1–2 technicians to our factory for 3–5 days of hands-on training before shipment. Remote video support is available post-installation.
