Description

ZF-D fully automatic curled edge paper lunch box machine is a fully automatic paper product forming machine. It utilizes a microcomputer-based, fully servo-controlled motor system with high speed, energy efficiency, stability, and simple operation. It boasts advantages such as high speed and ease of use, making it a domestically advanced technological product. 

This machine utilizes a built-in hot air generator and is suitable for single-sided PE-coated paper. Through a continuous process consisting of automatic paper feeding, heating (with its own hot air generator), hot press forming (gluing the box's corners), automatic counting and collection, and microcomputer control, it is used to produce single-grid, disposable, curled paper lunch boxes and food packaging. 

The fully automatic curled paper lunch box machine currently operates at a maximum speed of 20-30 times per minute. It features automated systems for monitoring material loading, paper feeding, forming, and collection. If a malfunction occurs, the machine will stop and issue an alarm.
