How the QP-350 Cuts Shrink Sleeve Labels
The QP-350 follows a five-stage automatic process from raw film roll to finished cut label:
Film Loading. The operator mounts the shrink sleeve film roll onto the unwind stand. Tension rollers maintain consistent film feed throughout the roll.
Photocell Detection. A photocell sensor reads the eye-mark (registration mark) printed on each label repeat. This signal is sent to the single-chip controller.
Precision Cutting. The controller triggers the cutting blade at the exact registration point. Blade speed and film advance speed are synchronized for clean, burr-free cuts.
