1. Raw material processing: You can directly purchase granular raw materials, or you can use a recycling granulator to make plastic particles yourself
2. Grinding molding: The plastic particles are fed into the extruder. The extruder consists of a pair of rotating screws, which push the plastic melt from the hopper and the heating cylinder into a metal pipe. In the metal pipe, the melt is further heated and compressed, and the rotating screw pushes the material into the mold.

3. Bag making process

4. Control system:

5. Quality inspection:
